Calibre8 Pty Ltd are proud to offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee return policy on all purchases that are unused, in the original packaging and in a resellable condition. If you purchase the product and it wasn't as you expected, you have 30 days to arrange for a return and refund. Unfortunately shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resellable condition. To arrange a return please email info@thescrubba.com with your original order number, reason for the return and a photo showing the condition of the product and packaging. We will email you a RMA number and details on where to send the returned item/s. Calibre8 Pty Ltd will not cover the cost of return shipping. 

Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs (including standard shipping costs incorporated into our pricing) are non-refundable. When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders which we don't not receive.


Warranty

Calibre8 Pty Ltd ("Calibre8") warrants that its products (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Warranty Period

  • Scrubba Wash Bags purchased through the official Scrubba websites (thescrubba.com, thescrubba.com.au and thescrubba.online) and Amazon (when sold through an official Scrubba seller account) are covered by an extended 24-month warranty from the date of original purchase.

  • All other Scrubba products (e.g. Scrubba accessories, kit components, air sleeves, etc.), and Scrubba products purchased through approved resellers, are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of original purchase.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Calibre8 within the applicable Warranty Period, Calibre8 will, at its option:

  1. Repair the Product at no charge using new or refurbished parts;

  2. Exchange the Product with a new or functionally equivalent replacement; or

  3. Provide a refund for the original purchase price.

Repaired or replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer. When a product is replaced or refunded, ownership of the original product transfers to Calibre8 Pty Ltd.

Warranty Claims for Purchases Outside the Official Website

For Scrubba products purchased from authorized resellers, warranty claims must be made directly with the reseller. Please note that warranty terms and claim processes may vary between resellers.

Important: There are no authorized resellers of Scrubba products on eBay. Products sold via eBay or other unauthorized marketplaces may not be genuine Scrubba products. Calibre8 Pty Ltd does not provide any warranty or support for products purchased through unauthorized sellers.

Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty applies only to genuine Scrubba products purchased through authorized channels. It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor abrasions, discoloration, scuffing, fading, or gradual deterioration from regular use.

  • Damage caused by improper use or handling, including cuts, punctures, or tears resulting from contact with sharp or abrasive objects, or from use on rough or uneven surfaces (such as rocks, concrete, or coarse ground).

  • Heat damage, including melting, warping, or material degradation caused by exposure to water or air temperatures above 50°C (122°F), or from contact with hot objects.

  • Sun damage, including cracking, fading, or material breakdown caused by prolonged or repeated exposure to direct sunlight or ultraviolet (UV) radiation.

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, modification, or improper storage.

  • Damage caused by the use of non-recommended cleaning agents, chemicals, or additives.

  • Damage to or from third-party products used in conjunction with Scrubba products.

This warranty applies only to the normal, intended use of the Product in accordance with its written or published care and usage instructions.

Claims Outside the Warranty Period

Calibre8 Pty Ltd may, at its sole discretion, choose to assess and accept warranty claims made after the expiry of the applicable Warranty Period. In such cases, Calibre8 may offer repair, replacement, or discount options as a gesture of goodwill.
If a replacement is provided outside the Warranty Period, the purchaser may be required to cover postage or handling costs associated with the replacement product. The purchaser is also responsible for any import duties, fees or taxes associated with the shipment.

No Other Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this limited warranty and the remedies described are exclusive and replace all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
If applicable law does not allow exclusion of certain implied warranties, such warranties are limited to the duration of the applicable Warranty Period.

No reseller, agent, or employee of Calibre8 Pty Ltd is authorized to modify or extend this warranty in any way.

Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calibre8 Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product, including (but not limited to) loss of property, data, or profits.

Consumer Protection

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under consumer protection laws in your country of purchase or residence (“Consumer Laws”).
Where Consumer Laws apply, the benefits of this warranty are in addition to, not instead of, those rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Calibre8’s liability under this warranty or any Consumer Law is limited to repair or replacement of the Product.
