- How Scrubba Bags/Packs work
The Scrubba stealth pack enables outdoor enthusiasts to minimise their luggage and maximise their adventures, no matter where their journeys take them. Loaded with handy features, it rolls a “washing machine”, outdoor shower, and compression dry bag into one durable, weatherproof backpack, making it the only piece of gear to both carry travellers through the adventure and wash off their mud and sweat at the end of it. Thanks to its 21L capacity (40% larger than the original Scrubba wash bag), the stealth pack allows for greater laundry loads and easily accommodates all the gear needed for basic day trips, including most laptop sizes. Not just a convenient piece of carry-on, however, this sleek black pack also compresses down for smaller, neater packing, allowing globetrotters to travel in style the way that suits their style, no compromises.

How Scrubba Bags/Packs work
The Scrubba Wash Bag and Scrubba W Pack and Allurette washers all feature internal washboards that allow a machine quality wash in minutes. Using them is as simple as:
Add clothes, water and cleaning liquid; close and deflate the bag; then rub from the outside for up to 3 minutes then just rinse and hang to dry.
Compared to traditional washboards, the ones in Scrubba and Allurette products are ultra thin and flexible and they are enclosed in the bag or pack. As the rubbing is done from the outside of the bag, there is minimal mess and your hands remain drier.
The Scrubba Bag, Pack and Allurette washer also double as dry sacs to keep gear dry between washes.
Scrubba Stealth Pack
Love this purchase. Used it to clean very dirty beachwear, quickdry towels, underwear, etc. Recommend to use outdoors or inside bathtub as it does leak a bit, but totally beats handwashing in the sink. Love the compression bag, it managed to fit my full down minus 40 knee length NorthFace cold Canadian winter jacket easily. The only downside are the shoulder straps. They are heavier than the bag, take up a lot of space for light travelers, are very rugged so my tanned shoulders didn't like them. Looking to fix this myself, but Scrubba should consider designing a second set of straps. Otherwise, just charmed with the bag !
Hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc, 110 mis. through the French, Swiss, & Italian Alps in July. Need the Scrubba to wash clothes. I like it as a backpack & it does well washing activewear. Only tried it @ home so far. Haven’t yet tried the shower function. Only thing I’d change is to add a flexible, inch-height bathtub floor on the short end of the bag, to the right of the washboard so the bag can stand on its own, vertically, when filling it up by a faucet or hose.️ it:heavy_heart_exclamation_mark_ornament:️ Need to save for an air sleeve:heavy_heart_exclamation_mark_ornament:️
We recently went on a European vacation that included a cruise. Though our Air BnBs all had laundry capabilities, the cruise is where the scrubba shined. Cruises charge a ton to do your laundry, and since we we only had 5 changes of clothes for 3 weeks (we pack light). I was able to save a lot of money by using the scrubba on the cruise ship. Not only that, but the scrubba actually cleaned my clothes well; there was no bad smells, and it didn't break down my clothing either. Overall, I'm completely satisfied and would recommend to everyone wanting to travel light!
