Designed in consultation with a former Australian SAS team leader, the Scrubba tactical wash bag promises to keep you clean on any mission, even if you are just chilling at the family caravan park.
The Scrubba wash bag is designed as a modern take on the old- fashioned washboard. It’s made to be ultra-portable, easy to use, and effective. Thanks to the integrated scrubbing nobules, the Scrubba wash bag is twice as effective as hand washing. It folds down to pocket- size, and doubles as a drybag for ultimate convenience. Whether you are camping, travelling, or just hand-washing clothes at home, the Scrubba wash bag helps you to save time, money, and water.
In addition to your favourite Scrubba wash bag features, the tactical bag comes equipped with an extra large twist-style valve. This allows for easy opening and quicker deflation, simplifying the washing process from start to finish. Kitted out in a coyote brown fabric that aids in camouflage, the tactical bag is perfect for military, outdoor adventurers, disaster relief, zombie preppers and superheros, allowing you to blend into your surroundings and lose yourself in nature. Just don't forget where you hang it to dry or you may not be able to find it again!

It works but, The tactical wash bag is too small you can’t even fit a (XL sized) combat shirt in the bag. Let alone the pants. I will not be a returning customer unless they offer a larger bag size for tactical/military clothing. At least 1.5X the size or 2X. This would be a great product for work travel when you don’t have the necessary equipment even a box to wash your kit in.
I've been using my Scrubba for more than a year while serving at the front in Ukraine. It has stood up to significant abuse, and still looks like it did the day I received it. Using it is much easier and more effective than the bucket method most people here use. I try to use it near a water source, so I can rinse the clothing out of the bag, just because it is easier and more thorough. I've had times when I didn't have a large water source nearby, however, and the trick was to just use less detergent so that two rinse cycles would get the job done. Overall, I am very pleased with the design and performance, and would definitely make the same purchase again.
Had high hopes for this style, unfortunately it was a let down. My husband has owned the original scrubba for a while and it is amazing. I decided to get my own but “upgrade” to this. Reader, it was no upgrade. It would have been except that this one is made of less stiff material and bursts open all the time unless it is very tightly rolled. The original is way less fussy. Original scrubba is 5/5 stars though, wish I had gotten that one instead.
I bought my Scrubba Tactical Wash Bag in 2020 mainly to wash my cycling kit daily so I wouldn't have to go to the laundromat so often. Then I took it on a 7 day bike tour so I wouldn't have to bring several changes of clothes. I can't express how good it felt to have a clean cycling kit to put on EVERY DAY! Recently I went on a 21 day tour without the wash bag, because I didn't know how available water would be to wash clothes. brought an extra kit change instead. Well I never thought I would miss a wash bag, but I did. Turns out I was able to get to water more consistently than I thought, and less able to find a laundromat. I had to pack stinky clothes, that made my other clothes also smell. I just felt dirty the whole tour, and felt bad for anyone who I met during the trip because I must have smelled like a Highschool gym locker.
I did have water leak out a few times while using the bag, but it was "user error". Maybe using your feet to scrub the clothes while eating or watching TV isn't the best idea, or maybe I just need to be a little more gentil with my feet. :)
At the second use revealed that the bag has a leak. Defected. Very disappointed. Filled a complaint including a video of the leak. Scrubba customer service have sent me a free replacement and a patch to repair the defected one. Very good service. Now happy. Thanks.
Had my old Scrubba bag for 6-7 years. Took it at least 3-4 times each year for my business and leisure trips.
Thank you for your review. We hope you have now received your replacement Scrubba wash bag as well as the repair patch for the defective unit to give it a second life.
